The treasury pays for events, works and reward pools people can see and play. Events and works are split: half is paid to the Mintlands world treasury, half stays in the town treasury as prizes for players who take part. Nothing here is an investment or promises a return.
Special merchants, festival decorations, a rare cosmetic vendor, market-day quests, and townsfolk and visitors out at the stalls for 12 hours.

Traders count once per wallet, buys and sells alike, and only with a trade above the wash-trading floor. Milestones change the town for everyone.

Anyone whose linked wallet holds $YOOKAY can vote, any amount, if the wallet was linked before the vote opened. One wallet and one account, one vote: a bigger holding never adds votes. Only a Game Master can decide a vote without the citizens.
